Voorwaarden voor reservatie en gebruik van de Steinway & Sons (1879)
Om het instrument en de unieke sfeer van het kasteel te behouden, vragen we om onderstaande richtlijnen te respecteren.
1. Reservatie
- Sessies kunnen enkel worden geboekt tot maximaal drie weken vooruit.
- De reservatie is pas geldig na bevestiging door het Kasteel van Kapellen.
2. Gebruik van het instrument
- De Steinway & Sons vleugel is een historisch instrument, zorgvuldig gerestaureerd door Maene.
- Enkel pianisten met voldoende kennis en ervaring mogen erop spelen.
- Ga met zorg en respect om met zowel de piano als het meubilair in de ruimte.
3. Aanwezigen
- De sessies zijn individueel bedoeld.
- Publiek is niet toegestaan.
- U mag zich enkel laten vergezellen door één of twee personen als dit functioneel noodzakelijk is (bijvoorbeeld een coach of fotograaf).
4. Verloop van de sessie
- Elke sessie duurt maximaal twee uur.
- Water wordt gratis ter beschikking gesteld.
- De ruimte dient in propere en ordelijke staat te worden achtergelaten.
5. Wijziging of annulering
- Indien u uw afspraak wenst te verplaatsen of annuleren, vragen wij dit tijdig en duidelijk te communiceren via e-mail of telefoon.

To preserve the instrument and the unique atmosphere of the castle, we kindly ask all pianists to respect the following guidelines.
1. Booking
- Sessions can be booked up to a maximum of three weeks in advance.
- The booking is only valid after confirmation from Kasteel van Kapellen.
2. Use of the instrument
- The Steinway & Sons grand piano is a historic instrument, carefully restored by Maene.
- Only pianists with sufficient knowledge and experience may play it.
- Please treat both the instrument and the furniture in the space with utmost care and respect.
3. Attendees
- The sessions are intended for individual use.
- No audience is permitted.
- You may be accompanied by one or two persons only if functionally necessary (e.g. coach, photographer).
4. During your session
- Each session lasts a maximum of two hours.
- Water is provided free of charge.
- The space must be left in a clean and orderly condition after use.
5. Rescheduling or cancellation
- If you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please communicate clearly and in due time via email or phone.
